Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule before your appointment time. Please note there is a £10 cancellation/rescheduling fee. This is to cover the cost of the time-slot in case it cannot be filled. Notice within 24 hours or not attending the booking will not be refunded.
